EZ Defense Programs

For Children: EZ Defense for children is a fun and lively scenario-based training method using interactive, age-appropriate role playing.  EZ Defense is not a technique based system, as most self defense systems are, nor is it a scare tactic course that can only provide over-simplistic solutions.  EZ Defense for children provides realistic training in a very playful and supportive environment that has proven to be the most efficient way to provide children with choices to live safe, happy, and vital lives!

For Adults (Women & Co-ed): EZ Defense, where students learn to deal with adrenal stress survival response, is endorsed by many police and rape crisis agencies nationwide as the most effective self-defense course available.  The program uses role play techniques and scenarios that teach students to recognize potential problems before they arise and then to establish clear and assertive verbal boundaries to thwart the attack.  The EZ Defense program is so successful because it teaches people how NOT to play the victim role that gets many people into trouble.
